Teaming up for one of the most epic collabs in recent electronic memory, long time Electro producer and droid sound innovator Anthony Rother, and Cultivated Electronics and UK Electro heavy weight Sync 24, are prepared to release a five track dual cut on vinyl, digital and streaming later this month on Cultivated Electronics.
After meeting last year at the Rex Club in Paris where they were both playing, the idea of a mixed twelve sparked like a robot's knuckle hitting a turntable platter on 45 RPM. "Stellarator Hyperway" boiled down, is two Electro jammers packed in with exclusive remixable tracks from each tune. This 12" is ready out of the box to pack dancefloors across the globe!
Rother is true to form with his A side cruncher of a tune that will shake any speaker that has the pleasure of reassembling Stellarator's electromagnetic waves into sound. The 808 bass is unrelenting on this one, packed in with jarring symbols and cascading rhythms.
Following Stellarator, the release features an exclusive stand alone audio track from the title tune that ads an extra dimension of functionality to the release with this easily remixable offering.
Sync 24 brings the fury with Hyperway. A long play, pulsating bassed out tune that doesn't slack with its evolving soundscape filled with original robotic stabs, and effected atmospheres. This is a monster of a tune!
B2 and B3 are original "arpified" tracks that can be easily dropped and mashed into DJ sets.
Clone is handling the pre-orders on this release. Electro heads can get a preview over at Cultivated's Soundcloud page or down below. Don't miss this first dual effort 12" by two of Electro's biggest producers!
