Bass Agenda to Enlist Over 75 International Artists for Charity Compilation in Response to COVID-19

Bass Agenda Recordings is no stranger to charitable projects in response to a crisis. If you were witness to their previous collaboration with Touched Music in 2013 called "Touched - Music For Macmillan Cancer Support", then you know that the level of response not just from the label, but from all the artists who become very much involved is absolutely garganteous.

With the growing threat of COVID-19, Bass Agenda once again embarks on the ever important mission of raising awareness and funds for support via the most powerful language in the universe, music! Enlisting over 75 artists and counting, the label plans on raising money that will be divided between UK organizations NHS Charities Together, as well as Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders).

Having been impacted personally as many have during this global crisis, Andy Barton of Bass Agenda explains that: "Like many people I am out of work thanks to this crisis and I wanted to do something meaningful and creative with my time. I was getting the same kind of messages from artists both on the label and in the wider Electro/Techno community. Having done large charity release projects before I knew this could be done.”

Planned for release on May 15th, 2020, the label has already recruited heavyweights from all around the world such as Anthony Rother, Carl Finlow, Bass Junkie, and so many more it would be impossible to mention here. But the best part is, if you feel like contributing to such a special project and cause, you have a chance to make that happen! Demos can still be submitted to the label all the way up until midnight of April 30th. Tracks must be complete, and submitted as a fully mastered WAV file to be considered. So get on this!

You can submit demos to: touchbass@bassagenda.co.uk

Stay tuned for more news. For now, stay safe, and don't lose hope. Together we can tackle this!
