West Coast Electro pioneer The Egyptian Lover, a man who needs no introduction, and a man who decades later is still rocking the crowds and rocking the wheels of steel at venues all around the globe. From Hanoi to L.A., this purveyor of classic breaker's anthems knows no slowing down, and even in studio, he continues to forge ahead.

Back in October, he began teasing the release of an upcoming album titled "1985", and a couple weeks ago, began announcing that pre-sales for the vinyl were now being accepted. A few days ago the artist began sharing a few videos while in-studio on social media, showing not just the more lighthearted side of the artist, willing to let go and let his body move to the groove in his soul, but it also gave us a glimpse into at least one collaboration, on a tune called "The World Keeps Turning" with the iconic Cozmo D of the legendary and pioneering band Newcleus.

The album is in stock right now through the artist's own Ebay shop, and German outlet Decks Records is currently waiting shipments and taking pre-order for those based in Europe and beyond.

No teasers or videos of the new album have been released officially, but watch this great video for one of the more recent tunes by the one and only Egyptian Lover:
