It's that time again folks, Moogfest 2018 is not far away, and what is really interesting this time around is the heart-warming feeling of seeing that truly, Electro music is getting back to where it belongs. This year, the festival will feature performances by iconic DJ's Stingray and Helena Hauff, who of course will also be throwing down the Techno beats along with Ellen Ellien. Show will also feature a one of a kind act by Hip Hop grandmaster KRS-One, and a performance by legendary guitarist Wes Borland of the band Limp Bizkit.
For those unfamiliar, Moogfest is a festival dedicated to the life and work of Dr. Robert Moog, the inventor of the keyboard synthesizer, and the effects and impact of his inventions on the music industry since. By day, workshops and speakers educate festival goers on different topics related to music and technology, but by night, the party begins and musical artists set the stage ablaze with eclectic performances of many different styles.
This year, the festival has moved over to Durham, North Carolina, where it will be held May 17-20th.
